→WHAT EACH SERVICE IS FOR
One engine. A service for every conversation your business needs.
Templates are useful for the first sentence. After the customer speaks, Tara is not stuck reading a script. Intent catalogs are configured per business — a SACCO does not share the same intents as a clinic.
Tara Remind
Clinics, schools, and churches use Remind for appointments, fees, and events. Tara can confirm, reschedule, or note that the customer asked for a person.
Tara Verify
Banks, wallets, and marketplaces use Verify when they need to prove a phone is in the customer’s hand. A voice one-time code works without SMS delays.
Tara Notify
Deliveries, utilities, and government programmes use Notify for “your order is out”, “disbursement is ready”, or “the office is closed tomorrow”.
Tara Confirm
Hospitals and event teams use Confirm for yes/no RSVPs. Low-confidence answers are confirmed again before a record is changed.
Tara Survey
After a visit or a loan cycle, Survey collects feedback in the customer’s language, then stores structured answers instead of a raw recording only.
Tara Collect
SACCOs and lenders use Collect for repayment. “Nja kusasula ku Friday” becomes a Promise-to-Pay with a resolved date and a call ID.
Tara Alert
When the message is urgent — a failed disbursement, a weather warning, a recall — Alert is built for speed and reach, not marketing copy.
Tara Campaign
NGOs and brands use Campaign for education and outreach at volume, then inspect which languages and intents actually appeared.
Tara Takeover
When Tara is unsure, or the customer asks for a person, Takeover transfers the live call to your team. Enable it with your other Tara services so human help is part of the conversation, not a separate tool.
Launch with reminders. Keep the architecture ready for conversation.
The first production path is automated voice calls, text-to-speech, scheduled reminders, keypad replies, call status, wallet, and AI Credits. Speech recognition, natural replies, language detection, and business-system actions plug into the same conversation record.
- Today: Tara speaks. The customer can reply with the keypad. You see call status and credit usage.
- Next: Tara transcribes, detects language, and stores a transcript with intent.
- Then: Tara confirms a Friday payment, writes Promise to Pay, or offers a human when confidence is low.
FAQ
Choosing a Tara service
- Can one account use more than one service?
- Yes. During onboarding you pick the Tara services you need. A clinic may start with Remind and Confirm. A SACCO may add Collect later.
- Are intents the same for every industry?
- No. Healthcare, collections, and delivery each have their own intent catalog. You do not get a single hard-coded list for every business.
- Do natural conversations replace templates?
- Templates stay useful for the opening line. After that, Tara generates a response from meaning, not from a locked script.
