TaraAI exists so African businesses can reach customers who should not have to learn software. Tara listens, understands, speaks and takes action — a multilingual voice AI engine built for the way Africa communicates.

People already know how to answer a phone. They mix Luganda and English in the same sentence. They promise to pay “this Friday” without opening an app. Tara is designed around that reality, not around a call-centre script that only works in one language.

We separate country from language, templates from conversation, and speech vendors from business logic. The product can start with reminders and keypad replies, then grow into natural conversation and live integrations without throwing the first version away.

TaraAI is built in Uganda by Marz Innovations Limited, for teams across healthcare, SACCOs, education, retail, and public programmes — with the same credit wallet whether you click in the dashboard or call the API.

What we will not do

Treat a country as if it had one language.
Hide usage. Your wallet shows the credits you bought and the credits you used.
Let low-confidence AI change money, medical appointments, or identity without confirmation.
