FAQ

Credits and billing

Which countries can we buy credits in?: Currently Uganda (UGX), Kenya (KES) and Rwanda (RWF). Choose your country on this page to see local prices. We add markets as we launch them.
What is the smallest purchase?: In Uganda you can start with 5,000 AI Credits. Larger packages are cheaper to manage operationally, not a different product.
Can we get a custom volume?: Yes. Choose Enterprise and talk to sales for organisations that need a negotiated credit pool or onboarding help.
Do unused credits expire at month-end?: Credits stay on the account as prepaid balance. Use them when you run campaigns — they are not a monthly seat fee.
Is 1 credit the same in every country?: Yes. 1 AI Credit equals 1 unit of that country’s currency (UGX, KES, RWF). Speech and understanding still draw from the same credit wallet.
